این کد خطا ممکن است به دلایلی مانند مشکلات کابل، خطاهای فیرمور(Firmware) یا نقص سخت افزار ظاهر شود.
می‌توانید فرآیندهای بازنشانی را امتحان کنید، سپس اگر همچنان کد خطا نشان میدهد فیرمور(Firmware) را به‌روزرسانی کنید، سپس از کابل پرینتر دیگری استفاده کنید. اگر پس از انجام این مراحل همچنان کد خطا نشان داده می‌شود، ممکن است چاپگر یک خطای سخت افزاری ایجاد کرده باشد.
Printer Error or Communication Error
This error code can appear for a few reason such as cable issues, firmware errors or hardware faults
You can try the reset processes as stated at the top of the page, then if the error code still displays update the firmware, also try using different printer cables. If the error code still displays after you have taken these steps the printer may have developed a hard ware fault.
